Baby Main Meal Recipes

These main meal recipes are intended for older babies who have tried a different number of textures and foods.  Baby should be able to sit up straight in a high chair and able to hold head up on their own.  Recipes including sugar should not be given to babies under 12 months of age.  Please always check with your pediatrician to ensure your baby is ready for a more varied solid diet.
