Coconut & Fruit Salad Recipe
Making fruit salad is a great way to give your children a healthy service of fruits in a fun snack. Coconut makes a sweet addition to any salad, use dried coconut in this recipe along with plenty of fresh fruit and your kids will love it.
Ingredients:
1/2 c Dried Coconut 2 tsp Hershey's Chocolate Sauce 1/8 c Bits of Dried Coconut 1/4 c Dried Apricots 1/2 c Whipped Cream Topping 1/8 c Seedless Grapes 1/4 c Bananas 1/8 c Apples 1/3 c Mini-Marshmallows
Directions:
1. Dice up the apples and apricots into small pieces. Cut the seedless grapes in half and mash the bananas.
2. Melt the marshmallows by putting them in the microwave until almost completely melted then give them a stir, don't leave in the microwave too long.
3. Mix all ingredients together, serve and enjoy!
