Quick and Easy Breakfast Pizza For Toddlers

Who says pizza has to be for dinner?  This easy and quick recipe for pizza is something you can serve your toddler at breakfast or lunch time.  Every toddler loves pizza!

Pizza For Breakfast?

Ingredients:

English muffins
butter or margarine
spaghetti sauce
cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, american or any kind you wish), sliced

Directions:

Split up the muffins and toast them.  Spread each half muffin with butter or margarine and then add 1-2 tablespoon of spaghetti sauce as well.  There are many other ingredients you can also add, like mushrooms, bacon or anything you have on hand.  Top the muffin with a couple of slices of cheese.  Use a broiler or toaster oven to heat up the muffin 'pizzas' until the cheese is gooey.  This should take about 3-5 minutes.
