Homemade Teething Biscuits for Baby

You hate to see your baby go through teething and you want to help!  Here is a homemade teething biscuit you can make to help sooth baby's aching gums.

Baby Teething Biscuits

Ingredients:

- 1 cup baby cereal
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup flour (white, wheat, or mixed)
- 1 4-ounce jar baby bananas or applesauce

Directions:

Preheat over to 325F.  Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and stir.  Roll the mixture out to about 1/2 inch thick between sheets of wax paper that's been lightly floured.  Use a round cookie cutter or the top of a juice glass to cut the biscuits into round shapes.  Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet or one covered with parchment paper.  Bake until browned slightly and they are hard, this will take about one hour.

Another option is to roll the dough into "logs" and again bake until they are hard.
