Toddler Pasta Recipe - Easy Salmon Pasta
Salmon is a great food, it contains omega oils which have a wealth of health benefits. Experts recommend you eat at least two portions of oily fish every week to maintain good health. A toddler portion is only a small amount (about 2 tablespoons).
This is a delicious recipe that will give your toddler the essential omega oils.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter 1/4 cup finely chopped broccoli 1/4 cup cream 1 small cooked salmon fillet or 1/2 can drained red salmon (boneless) 2 tablespoons water 1 1/2 cups cooked pasta of choice
Directions:
Heat butter in pan, add broccoli and water. Cook until broccoli is tender. Add cream and heat through (do not let cream boil). Stir in salmon and mix well until heated through. Add salmon broccoli mixture to cook, drained pasta of choice and stir thoroughly.
